| RE/MAX Associates Northeast RE/MAX Associates Northeast has developed an optional mentoring program for those who desire close supervision and wish to fast track their career in real estate. Mentoring allows agents full time access to an experienced mentor who will coach them through every aspect of the real estate sales field. This method of training has been proven most effective and allows agents to gain real life experience faster, resulting in higher earned commissions in a shorter amount of time.
